Inside the Planner
Room & apartment presets
They pick a 2-bedroom, it fills the unit, then they adjust.
Faster decisions, fewer drop-offs
The moment a customer has to build their item list from scratch is the moment most of them close the tab. Presets eliminate that friction. Choosing "2-bedroom apartment" is a single tap, and the Planner fills the unit with the right furniture immediately.
Customers who start from a preset spend their time adjusting, not remembering. That is a fundamentally easier task, and it keeps them in the Planner long enough to reach a size decision.
How it works
SpaceStacker ships with presets for studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and common room types like kitchen and home office. When a customer selects a preset, the Planner places a representative furniture set into the recommended unit size.
From there, customers can add, remove, resize, or swap any item. The preset is a starting point, not a lock-in. Customers who own less than a full 2-bedroom can delete what does not apply, and those who own more can add it.
Why operators value this
A customer who uses a preset reaches a unit recommendation in less time. Less time in the Planner means less opportunity for doubt to accumulate. Presets are not a convenience feature; they are a conversion tool.
