Inside the Planner

Stacking customization

For the customer who has to be sure: they can resize and rotate any item until the plan matches their reality.

Convert the detail-oriented tenant

A standard preset gets most customers to a decision. But some customers will not book until they have verified that their specific items fit. For those customers, a generic recommendation is not enough. They need to see it. Stacking customization is what converts that segment.

How it works

Every item in the Planner can be selected and adjusted individually. Customers can drag to reposition it in the unit, resize it to match their actual piece of furniture, and rotate it to test different orientations. The planner recalculates the fit in real time.

This is not a workaround or an advanced mode. It is available on every item in the Planner without switching views. A customer who wants to customize one item can do it without affecting the rest of their plan.

What this removes from your front desk

The question "but will my antique wardrobe actually fit?" is one of the more difficult calls to handle remotely. The planner handles it before the call happens. A customer who has placed their wardrobe in the unit, rotated it, and confirmed it fits will not need to speak to your team to verify.
